You unregister from various hu sng, one of which is $500. Betfair bug does not unregister you and games later start without you. You find out who took the $500. Politely ask for it back, person refuses. You get their mobile number, do you spend next month giving them missed calls at all different hours from an unregistered pay as you go? You the forum decide.

Not a hand was played. If you have history of a player stealing from you, slow rolling etc fine. but in this case there is none of that. Anyone you have played over a hundred times you should refund. If you can afford to sit on plo with $10,000 then you can afford to do the right thing.

A regular opponent I'd hand it back. Against an unknown, who would probably take you money if the situation was reversed, easy steal.

Hound him anyway :)

I am willing to give months of calls at all kinds of hours. Then after that I will even let the guy meet me. p.s. If anyone gives me NihatK mobile number you can have $100 sent on st@rs, his home number you get $200.

No this one is Boczo. Polish guy living in London, none of my polish friends who work doors in west end have heard of him so he can't be all that.

I thought betfair set a precedent, claiming the funds back in a 10k game recently. If its good enough for them then should apply to customers too.

Site still 'investigating' two weeks later. Site is betfair, so obviously they will end up denying it is their error.

sorry, but what did you expect the other person to do ?? Was he suppose to keep folding the sb to keep you in the game ?? and if so, how long does he do this before giving it up and take the money ?

Surely this is a issue with betfair and not the individual !

Answer=no, because ffs do something better with your time than spending hrs leaving missed calls.

Action: Put a quick add ion the web for a reasonably new car for a very good price, somewhere free like gumtree.
=10,000 calls a day

Then slap urself for wasting $500 and expecting it back.

Klup as I said it is player dependent. In the last few weeks both globey and heatheli can confirm I passed them money back on cash tables. In past amounts of $1000+ likes of barnetboy I have passed back. Anyone I play regularly with and have no issue with I will pass anything from $10-$10,000. Boczo had no issue with me and we have played many times before. Obviously to you $500 is a lot, you spend hours spamming forums just to try and make $500 a month. As for wasting time, I can multi task, it is not hard to pick up a phone whilst playing poker.

Good idea, don't you need to verify that it is your number?

He still won't pay up. So frustrating, I am born and bred in London and generations of my family helped it become the great city that it is. We welcome boczo from Poland to here, I am not saying he was but most Polish people who come here are so poor. So a city I am part of welcomes him here to likely seek his fortune, in return he is not fair back. If it wasn't for London he would probably be in $10 sng.

Exactly this is my point, I really expected boczo would do the right thing. Nihatk it was obvious he would just steal, If I sat first in 10,000 plo sng $400 he would never once intentionally join. So when I checked sharkscope it was clear he just sat to steal. All this because of a bug in betfair software, shows how**my so many people can be.

500 to most people is alot, but you show no respect or class. You know nothing about me - and many of the 100's of players you come up against - yet you find it very easy to slate and insult people above and beyond the poker tables.

recognise that for most in this world, lifes a constant struggle.

$500 surely is not a lot to someone playing $25/50 plo and currently playing $10/20 6 handed where many pots are over $4000. Treat others how you would like to be treatedin return, my issue is in exactly the same spot I refund this particular player. Now haven't you got forums to spam trying to scrounge a few pence beggar. Or go do your bit for the good of poker, bankroll a $1 sng player for 50% of the profits.

me? i'd hassle the site and accept that the player has done nothing wrong. morally a bit **** but nothing wrong.

is $500 that much to you that you're willing to make his life miserable over it? surely not.

just let it go and concentrate on winning your next ferrari.

When someone is playing for tens of thousands and you politely as for $500 and they take the p155 it is annoying. He has had a taste it looks like. The attitude he gives off like he is some kind of eastern european mafia was annoying.
