Joking aside, I'm gonna give you some free advice since you clearly aren't equipped to work this sort of stuff out for yourself.
I haven't been dumped in a serious relationship since I was 21, some 14 years ago, so I never really know what to say to someone when it happens to them but I've always believed that the best way to deal with negative factors in your life that are outside your control is to add positives that you can control. So, for example, maybe you should take this opportunity to do something positive like joining a gym and losing weight. It won't bring your wife back but it is certainly a better way to deal with it than adding a further negative to your life by stalking someone at the poker tables looking for opportunities to abuse them. Don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less if you jumped off a bridge which is where you're headed if you don't start taking control of your life, but there is an alternative. HTH |
