Apparently people are showing as having full aussie packages in rakerace yet it is a 'mistake' and they have not yet earned one. Betfair are not emailing ANYBODY about this. How on earth can they advertise people for weeks as having the full package knowing full well they do not have enough points. Everyone double check your points if participating in this promotion or it is highly likely betfair will shaft you by informing you once the promotion is over.

Betfair surely make an official response to this. Will you honour players who you have advertised for some time as having reached a certain level? Or make adjustments the day before the promotion ends?

How do you even find out about this? How many points you have? Betfair have never really pushed this or given somewhere where you can check your points statement to my knowledge.

I was aware I have been all over the place in this tournament but had assumed I was at least level 1 after it showed up on the site. I have just checked back through my points and that isn't correct. Top work betfair. |

i thought the tables were just the projected levels you would reach based on you average play so far

The titles are Current Level, Predicted level by December 19th and Predicted level 7 days ago
I would assume that current level gave the level where you are, and predicted level gave the prediction, but I must be a bit simple. Having said that I was pretty suspitious of what the table meant in the first month, as my predicted level seemed to be pretty volatile between 1 and 3, and I suspected they were basing it just on the last few days and not the total days so far. And I had noticed some people were given a current level of 4 and predicted level of 3, which makes no sense at all. Hence, this isn't really a surprise. |

Giving Arbboy a seat would hardly be fair on everyone else who takes part, as basically they'd be playing for 2nd from the word go.

I seem to be 7,000 points worse off.I guess thats why the poker points indicator has been "broke" since 3rd December as it was inaccurate for the last few months ?

last post before i quit the forum because this really is very bad on betfairs behalf even though i have done the 500k points and people really should have kept count of their points gained themselves.
monaco has stopped playing assuming he thinks he has a package which per the updated points totals looks like he doesnt have. hope mrkang monaco andreas all realise (i think kang has realised as he has started to play d2ns again) and get enough points to get a package although i havent seen monaco for a week or so. gl to everyone still chasing a package. |

It is standard from betfair. Andreas will be ok as betfair never upset the scandis.
