Played once to see what it was like. Incredibly slow and have to remind the old blokes it's their go, what the blinds are etc. Maybe played 12 hands in a hour! Didn't finish til way past my bedtime either. If you've got the patience it'd be easy pickings for any of the pros on here! |

same here s6owls, had a stack of about 9k when ran into AK with AQ on a A74 flop :( there talking about splitting it into 2 weekends becuase of the high numbers. The landlord from pub i play in finished 10th, they changed it to top 8 for national final instead of 10 last time :(

was only top 6 for nationals in our region...
top 8 got cash with 8th being 20 quid. it didnt drag at all for me. mainkly cos i was cacking myself straight from the off. Ive never played live outside of my local before. |
