Its a definite call for me.
From the above comments pink is a bit loose.. could be raising with j10, a straight, lower flush or complete air... izu cd easily have a lower flush in this spot imo. so would snap call personally... if he has u the FH then so be it. However I assume, that the fact you have posted this up he DID infact have a FH or quads or something?? Therefore my guess... pink has j,10 making a very thin value bet or q,9 for the str8, OR a lower flush Izu has something like j4 - (less likely as he opened UTG) /JJ/44 in his hand (just cos uve posted this on here I assume he did have a whale and you called with the nut flush?) Dont think its a bad call if u did make it though. |

I did fold in the end, I put IZU on a house. Turns out Pink Dreams had 79o for lower end of straight and IZU had Q9 for the nut straight. Could be believe my eyes when I saw their hands lol.... maybe I was being a nit but normally they have me beat here surely?? So long term I should be calling in this spot? Thanks again all :-) |

Also I had only pit in $0.90 into the pot, thought it wasnt worth the risk, is this bad?

what you've invested in the pot is irrelevant - your thought process should be solely based on your next action, and based on the action that has just happened in relation to the pot
ie you may have 'invested' a lot into a pot and it may still be correct to fold, or you may have put nothing into a pot but it may be a good spot to get your money in you are far enough ahead of their ranges here to make it +ev to call. |
