Why would you ever check this mate? I could understand checking if you're first to act and think he had a Heart draw, but as he's checked then you have to bet.

Well if i bet 75% of the pot on the river then i've put about $17 of my $25 stack already in the middle. So i can never fold to a shove here.

If he has 68 or 55 then good luck to him, but if he has then i can't work out wheather he's played it superbly or terribly. :)

I would bet 90% maybe even overbet the pot depending on how loose a caller your opponenet is. I do not fold sets on no drawing boards ever. Suggesting folding here is like suggesting buying a cake from the pantry and then not eating it.
