If I remember right, you need to deinstall, then remove all references to betfair poker in the registry, then you can reinstall. If you don't know what I talking about, then maybe try creating a new user account on the computer and install under that.

May you try to perform the following steps which should resolve the issue as there is nothing we can do from this end to reset that option.
You need to un-install the Betfair Poker from your PC again, however before trying to install it again I need you to perform the following steps.
1) Click on the Windows 'Start' button on the bottom left of your screen.
2) Go to 'My Computer' in the right hand column
3) Select the folder 'Program Files'
4) Here you should see a folder which says 'Betfair'. Select this.
5) Once in the folder, select everything in it, right click on them and press the 'delete' option whilst holding the 'shift' button.
After having performed the above, proceed to re-install the Poker software and this should work out. If not kindly inform us back so that we may raise the matter with the Technical Team in order to see if there is anything else they can advise on the matter.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.
