Yep, they do **** all about collusion, ignore emails and fob off enquiries to the helpdesk, but dare to publish their response on a thread and suddenly zapping it becomes a top priority, and also monitoring any further threads so that they can respond almost instantly.

What a joke.

maybe this is why they dont share details about collusion etc. then know some people will put it straight onto the forum and then they could leave themselves open to legal stuff???

i know joffy was actually posting it as look- they are doing something about it and it backfired because most on here still like to think anything they do is wrong. I read the email though like wow at least they are finally closing the accounts of **s.

cant please everyone all the time and cant please some people ever by the looks

thing is ariston, even though we gave them the names of the ringleaders of the colluding network, gave them the games where they had been colluding, and even the list of heads up games where they were cash dumping, all they have done is close a few accounts.

these players were named well over a week ago, and bf continued to let them carry on until a couple of us emailed them again last night.

it shouldnt be up to us to nag them into acting and for us to police the site, it should be done proactively ?

in addition what they should be doing is refunding joffy and the other loyal customers who were the victims of these **s as they do on most other sites.

You mean like they stated they do on the Q & A answers thread !? It would seem that they don't wouldn't it.

i actually agree with u. but im sure it will take time to go through all the hands of the players who have been banned if thats their intention.

to track all the games they have played then find out what happened to the funds maybe close some other accounts where the money has been dumped to etc cant be done immediately. hopefully this is just the start from them- lets face it they have never closed accounts before (publicly anyway)so maybe they are at least trying to make some changes.

its a start at least, lets see what they do from here.

It is a minefield but something that we are clamping down on big big time. Only way to have a good poker site

the get out of jail card used by bf was that the players concerned didnt appear to be winning. which is garbage as we are still unsure as to how many accounts the network was playing on.

in addition to that one of the network who was most deffo a winning player, dumped 600 bucks into a losing account in the space of 4 minutes on wednesday night. his scope graph looks like he jumped off a cliff. hey presto a winning week becomes a losing week at the push of a couple of buttons.

the more you look at the games these players were involved in the bigger the web of deceipt, and the wider bf would have to spread its net. what you have to ask yourself is whether bf has the appetite to investigate this fully or if it just wants to rap a few knuckles, and sweep the rest under the carpet to avoid paying compensation to those affected.

For betfair to close an account and just compansate the complaining player would by no means be good enough.

If this collusion has happened on D2n $100 and above their is no way betfair can claim they have compensated the effected players with out arbboy recieving funds as he plays prob 75% of these games that start mayb more.

So arbboy have you recieved any funds regarding collusion.

If his reply is no, then betfair are still **s and liars.imo

interestingly sexybiene, tamtamsan and boba12345 have not played a single game between them since the time of the bf email to joffy.

will be interesting to see if any refunds are made to those who lost money to these **s.
