lol - let's not get so moral when it's just what professionals do. ANY player would do the same. v ul Ireland but they're in the world cup if they don't give away a stupid goal against the italians or take their great chances in this game. |

Ireland would not have got through by conceding late goal against Italy they would have needed cyprus to get a result against Italy.

It was a really tough way to go out, aside from all the "if it had have been Keane, or whoever at the other end blah blah" stuff. Ireland played really well tonight, some positive, aggressive stuff. The future looks bright imo :)
