Totally useless and inaccurate response when enquiring into data storers.

Further to your comments below, please be advised that we do have a system in place which automatically kicks a player who has sat out for a number of hands off that table. This being said, we are unable to prevent players accessing tables and sitting out completely as we are not to know whether they are sitting out genuinely or as you claim to gather information.
A suggestion would be for you to use the player notes function and take a note of the players you suspect of doing this. That way you can choose not to play these players if you wish and none of your information can then be gathered.

1) You only kick players off if there is a waiting list
2) Why would someone want to sit at a table and sit out immediately
3) You are playing a table for an hour then someone sits to store data, should you be forced to leave? Especially as due to betfair poker making so many bad decisions over recent years the cash games can be very limited at times.. Such as some days not one 10/20 nlhe ring game running. IF betfair cannot prevent data storing which is such a big problem for regular players (I don't think this happens on any other poker site) how can people have confidence in the software?

True, but surely you could just multi more tables elsewhere. There must be enough tables that you could play over all the other decent sites so that you wouldn't have to play on one that is so corrupt (your words :) )? I honestly don't know why you play here if it's as bad as you say. There's fish on every site waiting to give you their money yes?

Another point many players ** on betfair so as soon as a non regular cash players sits it is not rare to get a team of 2 or 3 canadians and 2 or 3 scandis as standard attempting to play. Or 2 or more players from anywhere else in the world for that matter. Just some countries get have more **ers than others.
