What has happened to the standard. The top fifteen longest jumps of all time the last one in the top 15 is in 2009 a joint 9th at 8.71. Out of the top 25 only three have been  made this decade. It is a strange one. I know a lot of the running records in the women's are due to a lot of doping. Wonder why the long jump has failed so badly to keep up with the standards of the past.
