The 5.30am start was a bit of a waste of time in hindsight.. Hopefully Betfair will put something up.

Oh well, at least we get live coverage on Eurosport and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uoNZY-Cuoj8

Very hard to find anything of worth in the Paris-Tours markets. The only way to get any value on this looks to be crashes unfortunately.

Will monitor and try and live trade if there's a break near the end.

One bet in the whole race and it was to lay Degenkolb. Sometimes you just have to laugh.

I backed Demare. Went too early.

I got excited by Ciolek's price before doing my research, only to later realize that management were all but excusing him for the race, since he has had a long year, and would work for fellow team-mates. That's two amateur mistakes in the last two races for me, and perhaps I'm ready for a break also. Shocked Although I wouldn't necessarily agree with Gilbert that there's too much racing, certainly from a fans perspective this will be about a three month break from any action to watch, and that seems like too long. Sad

In retrospect, for a race regarded as a sprinter's classic, a bunch sprint was overdue. Plain

Cheers,
SP
