TdF stage 18 to Alpe d'Huez

Going to miss out the first ascent if the weather is still bad. Not sure we'll know until the start tomorrow.

No. Just rubbished that it had already been cancelled. Decision made on tomorrow's weather.

they won't know the weather before they start the 1st ascent if it's similar to today

It'll be a case of whether it rains heavily overnight. Apparently the descent is lethal in the dry let alone if its slippery and two textured.

There's absolutely zero chance of it being x2 tomorrow. Newly surfaced asphalt in the rain with sheer drops.
