Agree with you Clay, no discussion needed, stage 6 Cav wins simple as that (only a crash could stop him).
Stage 7 won't be as straight forward, and could be the day for the breakaway.

No chance of a break staying away today. Its about as flat and as pure a sprinting stage as you get, therefore very easy for all the sprint teams to keep the tempo high all day. If you compare it to yesterdays and tomorrows stages, they are very up and down making it harder for the sprint teams to control as they dont want to go to fast as they might drop their own sprinter on the climbs. Where as today is, bar one very small climb, flat all day.

The Manx Missile was simply surgical yesterday, and I can understand his short price and popularity to win back-to-back. However, at least initially, I'm going to go against the trend, on account of the slight downhill run-in for the final few kilometres, and being matched at some big prices for Belgian powerhouse Jurgen Roelandts, lively Frenchman Julien Simon, and twenty-two year-old young gun Romain Bardet, who not only had an excellent spring classics season with a podium at the Tour of Flanders, but has won this season, and is riding very positively at the head of the peloton so far, perhaps to steal a lucky break in the manner of Bakelants on stage 2.
Good luck to all, SP
