Where are the markets for the winners of individual stages?
There has been good volume on races like Milan San Remo and Amstel gold this year, especially because the markets were added a few days in advance instead of late on the night before as with the Vuelta last year.
Betfair, please, please, please learn from experience - add the Giro stage winner markets at least 24 hours before the stage begins, so people can bet straight after they watch the previous day's stage on Eurosport.

Have just emailed Betfair about this. What the f**k are they playing at having no Stage winner market for tomorrow up yet at 9pm? 
Sky look a big price with lads, the profile doesnt look pancake flat and could be pretty technical descents.
