A multi of Rory beating Penn and Hendo beating Diaz seems a good bet to me, both too big and strong for their opponents. Rua seems value against Gustaffson and might add the KO at a juicy price. Thoughts?

Henderson v Diaz is a dream match up for me. Can't wait for this.
One thing's for certain is Diaz will be marching forward, throwing in massive quantity. How the fight will go from there is how you pick the winner. Does Diaz wear him down with his undead-like insane stamina, or does Henderson stop him with one of the harder punches Diaz has been up against of late?
Henderson WILL out you if he catches you clean, and he's one of the best athletes in the UFC. He also possesses some massive power in his legs, and his plan will no doubt be to immobilise Diaz as early as he can with some meaty kicks.
Diaz doesn't possess KO power, but fck can he wear you down and eventually hurt you with accumulation of hits. His boxing is phenomenal.

i dont like this event from a betting perspective at all but it has some very good fights that i want to see, no way would i bet on Rory, penn is much more skilled wherever the fight goes especially his boxing and jiujitsu, only worry as always is his stamina. Rory will struggle to take bj down in the 1st round i think and bj is very good at inflicting damage when someone is trying to take him down.
rory has a lot of hype behind him and i think he is overrated slightly, mainly on the feet. i feel he has no chance of out-striking bj unless he tires which he almost undoubtedly will if the fight goes the distance. i think penn's odds have value especially considering he will be very dangerous in the first round so i can see his odds shortening a lot in play. a penn ko isn't out of the question early in the fight, Rory has a good chance of a tko or decision if he can survive the first round unscathed. one of the more intriguing fights i've seen in a while
shogun has to be considered great value too im not sure why gustafson is such a heavy favorite against a striker like shogun. gus has very good boxing but shogun is a class above every fighter he has faced yet, he will of improved since beating thiago silva as well where he demonstrated his footwork and boxing very well. if anything i'd say the odds should be a lot closer to evens for both fighters, awesome fight though.
as for Henderson diaz i agree with armchair about that fight, diaz is a tailor made opponent for benson's kicks and should be able to take diaz down many times in the fight, im interested in seeing how benson will handle nate's submission attempts as nate has a very active and attacking guard. diaz i can see landing a lot of punches and forcing benson to take him down, haven't checked the odds yet but this fight could very well go the distance as nate wont score a ko and could find it hard to sub benson who is ridiculously tough to sub, also i cant see benson knocking out diaz standing up and nate's ground game should stifle any sizable offense that benson will try to land whilst in nate's guard. both have elite stamina as well, probably some of the best in the sport. another great fight on paper!!

I cant see how Diaz will avoid getting hurt by Hendersons power. He'll immobilse Diaz. He'll over power him. Diaz'a only chance is stamina and boxing. Diaz had to weigh in 3 times to make the weight, which means his stamina has gone from 'god-like' to just a mere 'unbelievable'.
Ive doubled Henderson up with Marquez in the boxing.

won a bit on benson, and benson by dec, only bets i actually had on this card tbh. surprised by how much bendo dominated the stand up especially the boxing, the difference in athletism was huge and looked to be the main factor in the fight., only saw the gustafson fight and the main event, good fights though to be fair. gus looked pretty good but was not without weaknesses
Gus looks piss easy to hit. A true banger will clean him out. Doesn't look a big hitter for his size either.
