Shame for Ward. easily the best rider in the league, but trouble does seem to follow him.
Niels Kristian Iversen was booked to take his place, the best choice by a mile, however he has since been fog bound and stranded in Poland, so his place then went to Ben Barker who cudnt get half of what Darcy wud have scored, but then Matt Fraud, Pooles glory driven promoter pulled off an amazing coup by getting the Belle Vue double header called off for seemingley no apparent reason, so he could use Coventrys Chris Harris... Harris again wont score what Darcy wud have, but will certainley get more then Ben Barker. Swindon shud have enough depth to hold onto there 7pt lead and become champions for the first time in 45 years |

A few burnt fingers on Swindon on the match odds tonite. 9 points up with 5 heats to go. I think they took the foot of the gas as the contest was over on the outright.

Does anyone know if the Grand Final and Elite League Winner are two separate markets?
I mean Poole finished top of the league so are they "league" winners? And Swindon "Grand Final" winners? If you see what I mean - were there two separate markets? Ta in advance. |
