Think it's his best chance of a stage win. Looked in good form the other day when leading out his rivals. Will have learnt from his mistake and whilst I accept my selection lacks originality I think the 3.4 looks fair in a weak competition for sprinters. The Vuelta's all about the mountains this year.

I've only just recovered from the hit I took last week. Swift by name but not by nature in this race. He was competitive in Poland back in July but couldn't beat an egg here. Degenkolb will give Cav something to think about next year.
How strong are the Germans in sprinting at the moment. Imagine Degenkolb leading out Griepel!
