looks a pretty solid card so far, lots of big names too. lots of injuries again though, the 2 good heavyweight fights are gone, and they were going to be my biggest bets of the night. im going with shogun, machida and varner from the main card and phil davis and gamburyan from the prelims. mike swick is back after one of the longest injury lay-offs i can remember in mma, the dude hasn't fought in 2 and a half years, will be very interesting to see how he does, think he's been training a lot in thailand working on his muay thai over his layoff. who's your picks?

I can't see a lot of betting possibilities here. I'm thinking Machida + Davis in a double somewhere but the odds aren't great. Also Machida weighed in light but has done this before (when he was on his winning run).
I want to go with Shogun but you just never know with either Rua or Vera so leaving it. |

shogun looked awful i thought...whoever he figfhts next he loses imo..unless he gets gifted another championship guy like vera..he supposed to be top draw!

he did'nt look the best shogun we've seen , but i think that was entirely down to a resurgent vera, great fights though, every fighter brought it tonight
