was not expecting these prices for the main event
how the hell is Barao a 1/2 shot, was not even expecting him to be favorite,i know he is unbeaten and could be anything, but Faber is a whole different level to what he has faced and i have to play at the price |
|
By:
Yeah I jumped on that price. It's a 50 / 50 to me and if either is a slight favourite over 5 rounds then Fabers cardio edges it. I won't be watching it unitl the next day but if I was playing live then I think that Faber loses the first round or two before Bararo gets out paced. I think that would be a great time to jump on the live plays for Faber.
It's a shame about the non existent multiple markets though. There just isn't a lot you can do in MMA with single only bets. I have a big bet on a Caraway / Lombard double and my main Anton Kuivanen / Francisco Rivera / Hector Lombard Treble. I just wish I didn't have to mess about with bookmakers as I can't do those on here. I just put a few quid on Jimmo @ 1.57 and an awfully small bet on Antonio Carvalho @ 2.37. If congo comes out to 2.5 I'll go small and if Francisco Rivera gets to 1.85 then again I'll go small. But as I type this, The Faber odds seem like the best MMA price I have seen for a while. |

im putting a small bet on barao, i think he'll be the most dangerous in the first couple rounds which I think he'll win. but the first time I can, I'll trade out as the whole fight could be a lot closer than the odds suggest. I'd be wary about putting to much on faber though HRE, barao is a monster, the way he dismantled brad pickett was impressive to say the least.
as for the multiples, check out oddschecker http://www.oddschecker.com/other-sports/mma-ufc I've been doing a fair few multiples lately with other bookmakers, they generally give pretty good odds too, I got lombard in a couple multiples with shogun and jon jones too. best price I've seen in mma this year was erick silva at 1.75 against charlie brennernman. unlike most other sports there are some amazing prices you'll find now and again in mma . |

gone for Clements over Riddle purely at the prices, 11/8
see it as an entertaining even brawl, with Clements outstriking Riddle, and Riddle swinging wildly at anything (lets hope he misses!) good luck |

This lack of multiples situation is really annoying it's something I used to really enjoy doing whenever a ufc card comes up. I've emailed betfair before each of the last three cards to find out why the multiples coupon has disappeared but they don't ever reply.
|
|
By:
They just got back to me that they have finally added the multiples coupon.

they suspended the lombard/boetcsh method of victory market 2 hours ago..... had some nice trades on that too
