Hope so he's guilty defo. His teammate who got caught Landis i think told them Lance told him how to hide the drugs. Worst scumbag of all time. Love to see someone have the smoking gun on him. He was defo on drugs there is no doubt it.

Only 2 people know for sure, Armstrong and his doctor.I for one hope he hasn`t would go down as one of the biggest ever sporting cheats.

Armstrong is going down , too many people telling on him .

There is no such a thing as his doctor and him .

There are three doctors involved , Ferreri , Celaya , Del Moral .

Also a trainer , Marti .

Plus Bruyneel and Armstrong .

Then you have a whole bunch of riders telling on all of them .

There might not be enough grounds for a criminal case , but USADA is different , they are after
Armstrong , and they are going to get him .

Good bye 7 tours .

The probability of him not taking performance enhancing drugs when all those around him were is probably
a million to one. It looks like justice is finally going to catch up with him.
David Millar owned upped to it ,admitted the mistake and moved on, which I think is fair enough.
Lance will probably never come clean and deny everything to the end.
Sport needs to rid itself of people like this and erase him from the record books.

His never testing positive argument doesnt hold up at all.

Half of the athletes involved with Balco never tested positive they just caught other ways

I've never tested positive for drugs, despite mandatory drugs tests at work. Does that mean that I never took them? You decide.

The fact that a lot of people without much to gain are saying he did it suggests that either he did, or he's such a complete c*nt that everyone he ever worked with hates his guts enough to lie under oath. You decide.

It's all very sad. Imagaine if you didn't cheat and came second and were awarded the win years later. What a hollow victory.

Slayer I think you'll find that it wouldnt be the bloke in second as most of the runners up in the Armstrong years have been done for drugs. I'll try and find the link to this chart I saw the other day that showed who could possibly end up being awarded the 99 to 05 tours if Armstrong is busted. On some occasions you were having to go quite far down the GC to find the first rider without any question against their name.

Guys, I suggest you read David Miller's book "Racing Through The Dark" if you want to get an insiders view on doing in cycling.

Ferrari (legendary freelance doping doc who prescribed),
Del Moral (team doctor who administered) and
Marti (the courier for the team and later for Contador personally) ...

... have chosen not to contest the charges (i.e. they won't be denying doping the team) and so have been given lifetime bans from cycling related activities. The other three accused may go to arbitration - they have 5 days to file

I assume betfair won't refund bets on Schleck or pay them out as a winner, but legal action to recover lost bets is a possibility if enough people sided together.

Looking back at past tours, pretty much everyone around him was doping as well so god knows who they give previous tour results to.

Ullrich - cheater
Beloki - likely cheater?
Vinokourov - cheater
Basso - cheater
Contador - cheater

I suspect that their T&Cs explicitly state that all bets on the markets will be settled on the winner on the day, notwithstanding any later disqualifications.

Bets paid on podium refult afaik.  I had Oscar Pereiro Sio in 2006.  They paid on Floyd Landis.
