...and neither is it in-play. That's a shame, and is probably because it's not live on ESPN. It is live on UFC.tv but that doesn't seem to matter to the guys at Betfair.
I'll email them to ask them to at least add MoV and hope thy make them in-play as well. Or at least available until the fight commences.

Any idea if there's any bookies which offer this or any other special bets for UFC Sweden? I'm going to the event myself tomorrow and would like to place some bets other than the regular match winner

all the markets got suspended when the first main card fight began
 the rules said they wouldnt get suspended till they go in play |

Yep, I assumed they'd treat these markets the same they do with the prelims on a PPV card.
