Anyone going to be brave enough to have a go at the new penalty race format? I'm going to hold back until in play as I'll freely admit I have no idea how it will effect the results. From what I've read it will be excellent for betting as penalty laps can be taken at any time in the race. Any thoughts?

that'S silly, of course markets which were in play yesterday where for yesterday's race, BF only just didn't realize change of format
