Same as in boxing, best thing to watch leading up to a fight. I like seeing how they live and train and that. One for the UFC would be great, you also get to know the fighters a little better.

Just a thought anyway.

they do, they just dont put it on tv in UK. although for the life of me i cant remember what they're called, i'll trey and find out

They do.  They do a Countdown show for virtually all UFCs and do Primetime, which is more in-depth and similar to 24/7, for the larger fights. 

With Fox on board I'm sure they'll become even better as they'll be showing them in the US (or, more likely FX or Fuel).

You can either watch them on ESPN or catch them on the UFC website.

Like Peck says, theres a countdown show for every PPV(in the US) event which is shown maybe 2 or 3 nights before the actual event on Espn. Cant remember the last 'Primetime' one but remember Hardy-GSP was on it, its 3 shows building up to the last three weeks or so of the fighters training camps.

they are on espn at 10-m the thursday before the ppv and repeated a few times after that

I know Dana talked about this recently with the hole Rampage/Jones spygate...ie Mayweather does 24/7 no probs so whats all this spying nonesense about!!
