Betting pattern to when Sastre wont the tour, he was not expected to hold this lead over evans but did so easily, bookies have it that Evans will catch
Andy 2 out of 3 time trials, i really think Andy in yellow and so close to his dream this is a 50/50 coin flip bet not 1/2 v 6/4 chance !

"Following his victorious Stage 17 attack, Sastre took a lead of 1 minute and 24 seconds over teammate Fränk Schleck into the final time trial, although, more crucially, he had a further 10 seconds advantage over Evans, a man considered to be a more accomplished time trialist,[7] who was widely expected to overcome the deficit and leapfrog Sastre into first place. However, Sastre managed to hold onto his lead in the time trial, finishing the Tour with a 58 second lead.[7] Following his overall victory in the general classification, Sastre found it hard to express his joy at finally achieving a boyhood dream"

Yes, you could be right...i put the time between 40sec to 1.30 min, so Andy has a chance, and yellow does give riders wings...i do believe the betting marrkets have it right and it not 50/50

in that ITT frank Schleck lost 3.32 to Evans

I believe the wind changed direction in 2010 hence the difference of time between the early and later starters.

That's interesting regarding Schleck last year. It looks more like Contador had a bad ITT as opposed to Andy racing a phenomenal one to stay so close to him.
