i dunno about being 'very fresh'. they've all got to ride up the same hills, but to be fair he didnt look in much bother today

When: 21 Jul 11 16:56
cadel, andy and voeckler seemed to bury themselves today though

wonder how much time frank can put into them tomorrow or if he will even try to put time into andy Confused

Frank to attack on Alpe D'Huez tomorrow and win the stage. Andy to go with him and into yellow.

Is Contador really 50/1 to do a Landis?

that's why I didn't lay him, got burnt on Floyd in '06

the schlecks can play with evans tomorrow now that contador is out of it

4+ tasty Shocked

only threat is sanchez or contador recovering somewhat and launching an attack, but just dont see that really

would be shocked if andy didnt let have frank have it if theyre together, evans has no kick, voeckler well just no

breakaway on alp d'huez staying away, no thanks

expected shorter

I wonder if the fact the stage is only 100km favours the chance of a breakaway...hmmn probably not, must be so many tired riders after today. I'll probably just watch and enjoy tomorrow.

Can't wait for todays stage.  Schleks need to gain more time on Evans before the timetrial.  Attack attack attack.

My bets:
Frank to be rider in yellow at 7.0
Vanendert stage winner at 20.0

Think Cadel won't chase Fronk knowing how awful he can be in the TT ..but he will surely watch Andy like a hawk...and be happy to concede some time on GC to Frank.

Had Evans in 2008...and this is all feeling very similar...Nobody thought Sastre had a chance in the TT...

Have laid Evans GC bet off as can't face it.

Vanendert just a bit of OPL outside interest away from the main contenders. Would bet Frank but price v short.

Contador will surely have a go...? Can't see him going gently into the night...

It's been a cracking tour. The best since the 1980's IMO. Hopefully today will live up to it.

Enjoy

Vanendert should have been 20+

I don't think Contador has anything left in him, so many people seemed to underestimate how hard a Giro-Tour double is. The short steep ramps of Alpe d'Huez must be Evans biggest worry, they really don't suit his style.

evans is so one paced on the climbs can see franck attacking till he gets away and andy will try and jump the gap frank will tow him up if they drop evans andy will then give hisbro the stage win

If this is truly a drug-free-ish tour...then some people will be very tired today....

All the best lose their legs at some point but Contador deserves another chance next year before writing him off
By:

When: 22 Jul 11 13:08
if contador was in the form he was in in the giro he would have won this easily with his normal prep he wins 2012 imo

Drugs are his normal prep.

My predictions for Stage 19
Frank wins
Cunego ew
Frank to be in yellow at end of stage
Andy to be in polka dot jersey
Cav to get another 20 point deduction meaning Rojas takes 5 point lead to Paris

Bets
Frank @ 3/1
Cunego @ 38, top 3 @ 12
Frank to be in yellow @ 7
Andy for polka dot jersey @ 2.72
Lay Cav for green @ 1.23 (for a trade)
