this tour is between andy or possibly frank schlek and cadel evans, and whether evans loses time in alps Alberto cannott win as hes too far behind Andy and cannott break him in mountains and cant make up 2 mins in time trial in current form

very true.... bring on the next cple of days. u reckon andy still has a shout here? that cud have taken a lot out of contador today, although impressive perform .. cadel looked comfortable tbh

andy shrek seems a bit of a whiner moaning about that end of the race, i can see him being better in a full mountain stage but going to be a struggle now . not being able to descend is a big downer as even if you break away on the uphill( he was broke on the uphill today) you can give it back on the descent. to be honest i dont know what to think

Schleks have been waiting for the next 2 days.Evans will lose time i think and imo Contador wont make up enough time.

schleks wont get near evans in tt contador drops evans gets the time back and beats him in the tt

Agree with both them comments,but do feel that Andy at least possibly Frank as well will gain time in the Alps on Evans and will keep enough time or maybe even gain more time on Contador.Really think Andy Schlek is gonna have a real go and Contador will have to be at his best,Evans wont cope imo

Weather wasn't great when he won on the Tourmalet. At what point do we think Cont will attack tomorrow? I don't think he'll leave it until the last climb. |

I think the Schleckt will try and break at the middle of the Izoard , one of them 10% ramps should be good enough to drop Evans and Voeckler , so probably there will be a threesome all the way to the last third of the Galibier , where either Andy or Bertie will have to make a move since Frank enjoys a 2' advantage over Contador .
All in all , tomorrow is the day . IMO |

Forget not Cunego and Basso , Col Agnel , Izoard ,and Galibier will be full of tifosis , that will give them wings .
