I am not even going to try and pretend I know alot about cycling. hence why I am reaching out to any people who do know their stuff to put up their tips and any reasoning for today's stage!
For what it is worth i think Hagen has a great chance today, he has a great team in front to pull him up the main hill and should be able to kick on from there and produce an UN-assailable gap.
Stage winner on this tour, today should favour a breakaway and if Thor is in it he will be well placed to win it. I think Flecha is worth a punt as well.

All depends on who can get away in the break. Would be great to see Flecha give the arrow gesture today, with the two 'bowstring' fingers aimed at the lunatic who knocked him over.

I think Mikhail Ignatyev is the correct spelling and the other one is in by mistake. They're possibly likely to remove one at the end no doubt and void bets on the incorrect runner.

Edvald "Boassman" Hagen is young and fairly inexperienced in big races, so you would expect him to do a few things wrong at this fairly early stage of his career. It's still not even clear what kind of rider he wants to be, but one thing is clear, he is one to watch closely to build on his first stage in the Tour this year, in subsequent events.
Another breakaway stage victory for Thor, amazing, and another great pick which red and white picked-up on. I think it's one thing to tip a rider for a stage like brojkovic did, another thing all together different to support one's selection with theory. I think it's what gives credibility to a person's authority, and for that reason it's clear to me that red and white is the one worthy of our applause. Congratulations, mate.
Cheers, SP
