evans v schleks in the time trial

at least 2' I'd say on Andy, a bit more than 1' on Frank

Andy was only 30 secs behind Contador in final 2010 TT (Contador only had to defend, Frank out of the race by then and Evans injured).  In final 2009 TT a top form Contador won the TT and beat Evans by 75 secs, Andy by 105 secs and Frank by 165 secs.  This suggests that Andy is better at TT than Frank although Frank beat Andy by a minute in final TT in the 2010 Tour de Suisse.  I don't think Evans will beat Andy by 2 minutes in the final TT this year but it depends a lot on how they feel after 2 successive mountain top finishes on the previous two days.

slightly worried andy wont be aggressive enough  because trying to not break his brother, saving grace could be contador having to  be aggressive in alps  hopefully when contador and andy go head to head cadel will lose time on the schleks

Evans is a top 10 finisher in TT...if Andy has less then 1 min, 99% to evens
