Are there any more stages of appeal or anything he has to go through or is he definitely in?

He's definitely in. The CAS hearing is postponed till August and ASO (the Tour organisers) have no problem with him racing. If CAS rule in August that he gets a suspension, well, nobody really knows whether he'll lose his victories from this year or when his ban would start from but it won't matter as far as getting paid out on here
Poetic justice today, couldn't have happened to a nicer drug cheat.
