Pretty cool video of Ariel Helwani interviewing the Undertaker (I'll admit to being a big fan of his when I was a kid!). Brock then walks past them as he's leaving the Octagon and the Undertaker stares at him and says "wanna do it?".
Quite an interesting vid as never heard the Undertaker speak so much.

Cool vid. Was that fighting talk between the two or not?
From what I've read, it seems quite likely that Vince McMahon wants Brock back for a mega fight with the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. He's willing to pay a sh1t load to entice him to do it.
I don't think the Undertaker (Mark Callaway) gives many interviews at all and so I'm sure it was pre-planned on his part. He's been at quite a few UFCs and, as far as I know, never given an interview at any of them.
However, Brock is very unlikely to do it. Dana White has said both that he doesn't know if Brock is planning on returning to WWE and that his contract wouldn't allow it. So I'm not sure whether it's contractually possible or not.
