A few extracts from Farrar's post race interview - make of it what you will but he's a watching brief for me
Farrar said he hopes to get stronger as the week progresses but doubts he can contest for a win in Wednesday’s stage 4, which is expected to favor sprinters like himself. Prior to the race’s start, Farrar had designated stage 4 — a flat 153.5-kilometer journey from Cambrai to Reims — as one of the nine stages he thought he’d have a shot at winning.
“If I feel like I did today, no,” he said. “I can barely pull on the handle bars with my left hand.”
“I don’t know for sure if I can finish,” he added. “I don’t think I’ll challenge much in the next few days. But if I can get through the next few days and take the pain, then maybe it’s going to get better.”

at 6/5 for a stage win, I think Cav is too short. With all the incidents that have happened so far, I will leave this one until it goes in-play!

Probably on the grounds that he was looking strong yesterday, and didn't appear to have the hardest race, given that he got a stage win.

Back Hushovd for green jersey, even if Cav gets wins Thor gets the points in mountains.
pettachi seems to be getting shorter! positioned well with his Lampre team tete de la course!
Terrible for Cavendish there. Had every chance, and finished nowhere.
Yeah EBH was really strong and fast but looks a bit novicey in a big sprint
