Just had a look, I havent backed against a champion since UFC 91! I didnt back Machida vs Rashad. :0
By:
at first glance i will be backing gouveia and florian, not lookes at the odds yet though, Penn and Florian by rear naked choke!
By:
Palhares is back! Get in!!!
By:
The trailer is possibly the scariest the UFC have done imo :)

I looooove Nightmare but I aint pleased about how he finished the Guida fight.
Relentless in the 1st round but Guida came back strong late on (actually dropped as low as 1.05 on here before nearly flip flopping!!) The new improved BJ Penn will be able to dominate him in the championship rounds imo. |
By:
Paul Buentello :x
good guy imo. packed up his job to go pro...live the dream. more power to him. |
By:
dont see why you would think that ELG,theres every chance penn will win but once it gets to the championship rounds i fancy diego's cardio to be better than penn's. He is a fitness freak!!!!!!
By:
noted mehmet....
By:
actually something Joe Rogan said about Nightmare in his last fight that amazed me...
That he's a proper legitmate BJJ black belt. officially he's a brown but he did train and earn his black belt and compete in loads of BJJ / grappling tournaments before he decided to scrap it and retrain in BJJ from SCRATCH....a new outlook so to speak. pretty darn impressive... |
By:
very impressive! I love diego, one of the most talented fighters in the ufc imo.
By:
Diegos grappling is very very good, he didnt look out of place with arguably the best sub guy in the world (deffo top 5 ) marcelo garcia
couldnt back against penn tho the guy cannot be subbed and ive never seen him rocked on the feet. If he is in shape he is pretty much unbeatable imo |
By:
no i wont be backing him either, penns jab is superb and i think that could be the deciding factor, like it was against sherk,to quick on his feet and Diego surely wont take it to the ground (if he could get penn to the ground)
By:
Going for Clay Guida at 6/4 or better......
Truly relentless, awesome chin, decent submissions...oh and two months ago he switched training camps and is now with Greg Jackson. Think working with the world class fighters there day in and day out plus having a supreme strategist like Jackson coach him will work wonders. |
By:
Ken Flo will take out Guida,i have no doubt about this.
Guida has won me quite a bit of money over the years and i love the guy but Ken Flo is too talented for him imo,his stand up is better and so is his ground game,a simular outcome to the Joe Daddy fight imo. |
By:
Diego takes it via insanitychoke
By:
you gotta love Nightmare...
'I'm like a warrior on the battlefield swinging my sword for 5 hours straight...' |

brilliant stuff from him... |
By:
house on penn
also a small treble on mir penn fitch at best odds possible... should be about 3/2 no bets on the other fights as i dont really bet prelims unless its a big name and kenflo guida is a tough call i think the odds are about right guida has so much heart but is a little lacking in skills to be considered a top of the food chain fighter also id never bet on someone that just lost to dirty sanchez |
By:
anyone seen the Countdown show as yet??
Nightmare WOOOOOOOOW. he's got no furniture in his house...just a big mirror and a photo of bruce lee on the wall. padding on the floor instead of carpet so he works out there too. mental. in his bedroom he has a head massager and a relaxation / oxygen machine to calm down :O |
By:
he is weird! Really looking forward to this fight but think Penn's jab will be the deciding factor, ive no doubt Diego will go out swinging though, think he will need that oxygen chamber when Penn chokes him out on sat!
I think the Florian Guida fight is straight forward,Florian is to good for him at everything and Guida doesnt have the KO power in his fists to get a lucky shot in. I could be made 2 eat my words on sat cos ive been saying this to everyone but i doubt it! |

Haha I love Diego, would be amazing to see him win but he won't, BJ Penn is unbeatable at lightweight. |
By:
how hard has penn trained ? i fancy sanchez for this one he scares me just with his entrance . anyone know what happened to luke como?
By:
Guys, i have priced up every single fight and i think backing Belcher at 1/1 and Struve at 4/6 are modicums of value.
Also for the main event i have priced up method of victory, take a look and tell me what you think. BJ KO 9/4 BJ Sub 5/2 BJ Dec 7/2 Diego KO 6/1 Diego Sub 14/1 Diego Dec 9/2 |

good stuff funky....
That Kongo is pretty pssed imo...hope Mir knows what he's done. CK only took that Velasquez fight on 2-3 notice...thats just rubbish. you cant do that at this level. shouldnt read too much into the man handling he got imo. |
By:
I agree somewhat but Mir is a man on a mission having put on extra muscle and now training his strking with Dellagrotte.
I really like Kongo but as soon as the fight hits the floor he's done for. There's one problem for Mir, fights always start standing up. The prices are about right, but it should be a great fight. |
By:
really dont know what to make of the mir ck fight so ill be leaving it alone,Mir isnt great on the ground against vicious G+P and ck defo has that but i dont think his sub defence is great. Stand up ck should win but mir has decent boxing and has been working with Dellograte, just gona leave this alone and cheer on cheick!
Ill take BJ sub i think, cant see him knocking diego out and cant see diego knocking BJ out although id love to see it,cant see penn winning a decision as think diego would be the stronger fighter in the latter rounds so either diego decision or bj penn sub. Gona go against you in the belcher fight funky, going for gouveia and i was tempted by buentello aswell but Struve's reach advantage is putting me off at the minute. |
By:
not sure the wolfslair guys will have a good enough gameplan for cheick,so changed my mind and gona go for a Mir win i think,i like ck as a fighter but i dont think his coaching team are up to scratch, ive heard them spout some dross in the last few days.
By:
BJ looking unusually ripped :O
wow. |
By:
Paul Buentello V Stefan Struve
Can't believe Struve is the fav here Buenetello only lost twice in the last 5 years ( to Overreem and Arlovski) and been keeping better company than struve. Got to think that if Buenetello lands its going to be lights out |
By:
i agree, its just the reach that struve holds over him thats stopping me backing buentello.

yes yes yes yes :) he had the crowd doing it with him at the weigh in. tell u what he could probably quit the ufc and have a healthy career as a motivatial speaker. |
By:
Mir weighs in at 265 lbs, sheesh that's an extra 25lbs than normal.
By:
Bulking up for the wrong guy, his obsession with Lesnar's gonna get the best of him.
By:
is this where all the grown ups hang out?
By:
yes.......go away.
By:
thought about the penn v sanchez fight for a while now and think the value must be with sanchez, maybe a bit hopeful but we'll see.
By:
just watched the weigh in! Ha ha anyone see the mir and congo stare down or lack of it?! Kenflo looked pi$$ed with something and buentello looked a bit fat!
By:
pmsl at clay guida the only time he stood still was on the scales
By:
What was Congo on, turning his back on Mir or Mire as they are calling him on ESPN.
