Thighs are killing me after a training session last night. think i didnt warm down properly and got some lactic acid in them.

exactly,if i went thru every thread on betfair writing "grow up" in the ones i didnt like id be on here for days,instead i use my brain and dont read them,it really is that simple.

since i can remember i've loved the distinct odor of poo. recently i tried tasting it and to my surprise it tasted better than it smelled; which was already amazing.
is this weird? i really want to try to take a full-size bite, but ive heard that you can maybe get sick from eating it. would it be okay for me to take a bite?
