Good show let down by a pretty terrible main event. If only 106 had Lesnar vs Carwin :-(

Ah come on lads, the co-main event aside (good fighters but a bad fight itself) it was poor. Bisping like? Kang? Matt Brown? All the second rate Brit fighters? Crap Crap Crap.

Ortiz vs Griffin is a very interesting fight as is Cane vs Little Nog and Kosheck vs Johnson. Can't wait for 106 personally but again, Lesnar Carwin not being on it is a massive disappointment.

sounds like you have had a bad night kauto,hope it wasnt bisping that has hurt your wallet! Thought bispings,hardys,wilkes were all good fights and was impressed with pearson and a fan of andre winners KO,i like entertaining fights whether they involve big names or not!

GSP could have done way more than he did, but played it safe and layed on him.

Velazquez has absolutely no power in his hands and Rothwell's practically a can, granted he did look pretty good.

I find nothing impressive about Anderson Silva knocking Griffin silly - he of the hands down, clumsy, zero handspeed and head movement boxing game, who's been knocked out much more convincingly previously.

I thought it was a decent event. Main event was rather dull but enjoyed Pearson, Hardy and Bisping fights. By referring to them as second rate Brits I'm assuming you mean this wasn't a card full of 'names'.

I have most UFC events on DVD and can assure you there were some much, much worse ones in the (relatively) distant past.

What impressed me most was the crowd. Applause all throughout from people escaping submissions, for a hurt fighter getting to his feet after the fight had finished. Shows how fans are becoming more knowledgeable. Pity about all the cap stealing though as makes us look like paupers!

I do think it's time some of these 3 rounders became 5 rounders though, even if it is just the main fight of each event. Whilst it was a rather dull fight, Couture v Vera could easily have gone another 2 rounds and less chance of a 'dodgy' decision.

Yeah, Wilks is even from Lichester now. As he was on the TUF Finale. I do wish somebody would tell Buffer it's pronounced Lester. And someone should tell the UFC it's not 14.2 stones.

I was gutted for Wilks nicest guy out of all the british fighters, cant stand bisping personally but had to cheer him on coz the money was down

felt sorry for Wilkes aswell although Matt Brown has improved a hell of a lot and looks a good fighter now and thought Wilkes put on a brave performance and was close to subbing him and think we will see him again in the ufc!

He also asked for someone to name him 1 person that would beat him at MW or LHW,you just wrote 3 names,didnt say whether you meant outstrike him or just beat him,non of the 3 you mentioned would beat him and mousassi and shogun wouldnt outstrike him,manhoef maybe in K1 but we arnt talking about K1.
