Hi guys , will be watching the two games on tv Thursday, I am not an expert like you guys and just wondered if any one had any good wagers,I see the Texans and Cowboys are slight favourites but having watched them both they dont look bombproof.

Both are far from bomb proof to my eye..
But market about right I feel.
Both off decent wins.
Watson playing superbly for Texans with little help. I like them to beat a poor Dettoit with injury problems.
Cowboys to build on beating a good Vikings team too.

I'm biased on Cowboys, even backing them at ludicrous prices for weeks...
Just hoping nick division, possibly meet a poorish side at home with injury or Covid issues.

still early but a cheap 3.5 on washington will v likely be a bet for me
1st game have a slight lean to detroit getting the start & to the under but not strong enough for a bet on either
I'm on Detroit. They often seem to play a bit better on Thanksgiving - one of the few times they're ever on national tv. Saw a stat about them being 6-2 ATS in recent Thanksgiving games. I'd be more confident if they didn't have such a long injury list. You could argue the Texans have improved a bit since BOB got the boot but it's still a 4 win team at home to a 3 win team
How can these goons in all seriousness miss these extra points.

Just looking back at their previous seasons. I'd completely forgotten the Lions were actually quite good with their previous head coach (Jim Caldwell)

McCarthy doesn't call the plays in Dallas...Kellen Moore does..
Mind he could have stepped in and said what they were running on 4th and one but very much doubt he'll be constantly piping up in the redzone....you've got to let your play callers call the game

Agree with most of that Jedi i just feel that a head coach tries his hardest not to be constantly in the play callers ear...disrupts his flow at calling the game and can lead to trust issues...mind i bet it's killing McCarthy not to be the play caller cos when he gave the job up in Green Bay and and later took it back he said he'd never not be the play caller again...shows how desperate he was to agree to what Jerry Jones wanted
