Game basically a coin Toss last night, Had chiefs got ball would have fancied them to TD , rule needs changing in Playoffs

I agree but it was worse when first score in OT won. FG was good enough then. Should be like College Football where each team gets a possession each and they play on until somebody wins.
No perfect solution, will be debated until the end of time. In college they start each possession in field goal range already and is basically a red zone contest. Exciting yes but to many purists that is not football. The benefit of course is the coin toss is eliminated. When they start going to 7 or 8 overtimes it gets a little silly though.
If it is so easy for each team to score a touchdown on their first possession, then surely the winner of the toss wins anyway?
