Well, there's a surprise !!
Yes, there's a little snow forecast around lunchtime Sunday in Kansas City but nothing that terrible by NFL standards, certainly compared with Pittsburgh's recent trip to Buffalo near the end of the regular season. But that little bit of snow is certainly enough of an excuse over at NBC Towers whose usual Sunday-night primetime slot doesn't exist within the playoff schedule during either wild-card or divisional weekend. They made do with Saturday-night primetime last week for the Detroit-at-Seattle game but were faced with the rare case for them of an entirely daylight game when taking this week's Pittsburgh-at-Kansas City game (12.05pm local kick-off) unless the weather could help them. So you can now add the NFL-on-NBC to British traffic on the list of things that have to reschedule everything just for the sake of a few flurries of snow. |

Swagger....everythings a bonus mate
.....wrote off their chances and my money earlier in the season when the QB was playing very un-Rodgers like ( as he had been for a year )......now he's back to normal and they have a punchers chance with him playing like they are on offence. Can't see them beating the best overall team in the NFC on their turf with the holes in the secondary but you never know in the NFL....Dak's only a rookie and has never tasted play off football yet - although he hasn't looked as if anythings gonna faze him up till now Imo for the Pack to win it'll be a shoot out with Rodgers playing lights out ..... they can't let the Dallas Offence just take over with long clock chewing drives and keeping Rodgers on the sidelines....goes without saying they must not keeping turning the ball over like they did repeatedly in the game at Lambeau Whatever happens i can't wait for the best weekend of football with three tremendous match ups.... |
