Two startlingly average teams IMHO, but one (Cin) overrated and the other underrated.
I think this will be closer than is the consensus opinion and wouldn't be surprised to see it go to OT.
In terms of value my preference is for Miami -2.5 @3/1 with a small interest on Miami -12.5 @25/1.
Other opinions welcome (!)

Agree that Cinci is a tad overrated albeit they're a perennial play-off contender. Not sure Miami is that underrated, I may be wrong though. On closer inspection both teams have played a tough schedule so far, especially Miami who have played @ Seattle (L 12-10) and @ New England (L 31-24).
