The best QB in the league on one leg will still to be too good for this overrated Seahawks team.
Let's get one straight, this Seahawks team is not as good as last year. Look at their last 12 or so games. An Arizona nobody twice, a Rams nobody twice, Kap is regressing at a rate of knots, Cam Newton, Mark Sanchez etc etc. the last time they met a decent QB was against Romo and the Cowboys and they duly lost. And lost very easily.
Cam Newton threw (not running) for well over 20 first downs on the Seahawks last week......Rodgers is going to crucify them.
I love the Packers running game with Lacey and Starks.
Rodgers got better as the game progressed last week and that is a great sign.
Make no mistake, defeating the Cowboys was no mean feat on current form. Something the Seahawks completely failed to do.
The Seahawks will struggle if they have to come from behind.
Rodgers is best QB in the league and even on one leg, 8 points is absolutely massive.
Massive massive massive bet on the Green Bay Packers +8

Best 1.01 bet in the history of Betfair.

Clay "Massivemassivemassive" Davis will make a typical Clay post just before the SuperBowl kickoff and tell us how bad Seattle is and how he is picking their opponent for the SB, whoever that is.

Get on now before all the 1.01 is snapped up.

i'm unclear whether the "massive massive" is bigger than the "all in" which i assumed to be the biggest
but then he threw in the "all day every day" bet just to throw me so i've no idea now..
i like clay though he has an opinion unlike all the aftertimers on here.
keep going clay, you pick plenty good ones.
i just don't get the seahawks hate. an admirable team surely?

Last year he started with little, big and large
Then he went to huge
Then all in
Then full bank
Then massive
Then all day every day
Then massive massive
Now massive massive massive
Surely 'Atomic' will make an appearance soon.

He rarely has an opinion just talks utter c rap exactly like aftertimers do - adds nothing

he puts genuine opinions up and you can disagree or otherwise but it's his right to do it.
he tends to go a bit tabloid with his headlines but he puts them up & the forum needs that.

Give credit where it is due... His bet today was never in doubt. To criticise losing AND winning tips is harsh.

Clay certainly has a right to his opinion, and a right to post that opinion.  How about my right to post up my opinion that Clay doesn't know what he's talking ( keying ? ) about.

Hey, Clay won this bet.  Clay also said 8 points is absolutely massive.  Whatever.

Clay can post what he wants but he has nothing worthwhile to say about any games.  Just a load of attention seeking rubbish

GrinGrinGrin of course you do, that was my point.
his superbowl nonsense last year was just that, nonsense & i disagreed strongly but it was a talking point and it would be sad if guys with an opinion get hounded out just for being wrong.
i put up quite a few opinions on the rugby forum & get plenty wrong but very few others are willing to do it for fear of being mocked.
i get the feeling clay has big enough stones to stand the abuse & i hope he keeps posting & i hope you keep disagreeing or otherwise.

think there might be a subtle tone of self deprecation and winding up in his posts
fair play to him
at least he's not afraid to be hoisted by his own petard
at the very least they elicit responses
too many negative people in life

nothing to do with negative, or for that matter having a go at clay for posting his opinions.

problem with the bloke is as has been said, his "all in" "masssive massssssive massssssssive " bets

for all we know a fifty pound bet could be massive for him, there is no need for him to put that nonsense up

just keep to his opinion without all the charlie big boooolllocks
