The Bengals did me good and proper when the beat the Ravens two weeks ago. They are a lot better team at home than people give them credit for. I like the Browns mini revival, and I hope Hoyer succeeds, however I think a 5-3 flatters the browns and i'm taking the bengals to win against the spread.
Both teams are so inconsistent it could go either way. Will wait and watch before maybe betting in play.
