Personally think Cards a poor price - they are essentially the same price as the Colts who have a better chance to win it than the cards!! Good luck though with whoever you go with!!

As a Texans fan, I think our price could be a decent back to lay. Currently 4-4 this season, current odds 150
We've got Eagles, Browns, Bengals, Titans and Jags as our next 5, and realistically I think we can win four of those (can't see us beating the Bengals) We've a decent team, apart from our inconsistent QP Fitz. Out of the 4 we've lost this season, we've lost 3 (Steelers, Colts and Cowboys) by just one possession. |

wouldnt be for me,can see them getting beat in the playoffs and way seedings are NFC Conference final could well be in Green Bay or New Orleans...

I think the Steelers are a great bet at 32's. Good defence and attack, QB on fire. I know you can't read too much into one game but look what they did to a good side like the Colts.

i don't like the outright price but only by a couple of points.
hottest division in the nfl & whoever progreses needs to be taken very seriously |
By:
i think arizona will make the play offs with the seahawks, not sure who will be the wild card tho
By:
i might have to rethink that based on the last half an hour.the much vaunted seahawks defence looks a shambles
By:
actually check that it is the offence turning the ball over that is the big problem

Palmer carted off. Just a few days after signing a new $50m extension
By:
wow, that was special

Backup QB is no mug though
![]() Just woke up the wife by shouting "**** me" after that throw and catch. What a play. Maybe these boys are for real. |

nfc west hold no passengers. the rams aint that bad either it is just a brutal division to be in
By:
swings and roundabouts three years ago it was easily the worst div in the nfl
By:
it is the great thing about the nfl, they realise competition is key.
i so admire the fact they try to not any team dominate. it is a quirk that the nfc west is so strong and as you elude to in a couple of seasons it will probably all change. |

Carson Palmer out for the season. Get on Packers now while there still available @ 9s
By:
yeah Packers looking good Mr Mischief,I think 49ers are worth a small punt too @8/1 for the NFC,was impressed with the way the won in New Orleans, not out of it by any means, significantly they host Seahawks in the first of the 2 games between the sides, win the first game and they could be healthier again for the 2nd game, even if they end up with #5 or #6 Id fancy them to win away to Phily or Arizona provided its them they meet...
By:
49ers are a terrible price though, in all likelihood they will have to beat Seattle twice and still could be only a number 5 or 6 seed. They have essentially put themselves in an awful position and the 20s on offer is dreadful for what they have to do tho win the superbowl.
Also the offence doesn't convince , not sure why , because they have some weapons. But the stunk the place out the second half in New Orleans and where lucky to come through. To me there is a big divide in that locker room |
By:
8/1 is also very skinny for the NFC , they have the seahawks twice and the cardinals also. Think the seahawks are still a better team than them too
By:
yeah maybe better as an each way bet,I personally think the 49ers will get better as season goes on,just my opinion, very hard to win in New Orleans too(Packers well beaten the week before),that could be a turning point,a lot can change in the coming weeks like if the Chiefs beat the Seahawks and 49ers beat Giants its possibly advantage 49ers,Cardinals mightnt even win the division now although they might just hold on with their record so far, looking at the rest of the games Seahawks and 49ers could both end on 11-5.seahawks are still a good team but its hard to repeat on defense alone they havent improved their offense much this year, again I could be wrong in all this...
By:
No all that you say are valid points mr sykes and differing opinions are always good. New Orleans aren't as good as they were and it was always going to be a shootout against the Packers and Rogers getting injured effectively ended that game.
San Fran also seem to have struggled big time in their new home but sure time will tell what will happen ![]() ![]() |
By:
yeah Saints blew it a little by not winning some of the earlier games, their schedule before the season started looked ok and I thought they had a shot of a #1 or 2 seed, still they'll have a home game in the wildcard when they win the division,Packers only tough remaining game looks to be NE and I expect them to have homefield...

I'm sticking with my $24 the cardinals.
Yes Palmer is down but the backup is no crab.... Looking more than likely they are going to get the week off in the playoffs plus Think their D is very capable of getting hot come play off time. Playing on your home deck if they can get to the SB cannot be a bad thing either |
