Of course no guarantees, but great move by Tennessee. I think they are quite an ok team - with a fit Jake Locker. Maybe the "great" Lions job..... isn't as great as it looks from the outside - though you'd think that with the right man they would have to eventually have some success, given talent on both sides of the ball.
Detroit job would be the job i'd be desperate for of the available ones if i was a coach.....talent galore on that roster although dunno how the cap currently sits because i did read an article this year that they're gonna have big problems with it upcoming.

... don't know how the cap is either...but I remember Stafford recently getting a long-term contract (or long-ish) anyway. So this would be the crux of the matter...how good is he really? .... and if you take that job then I assume you are tied into Stafford.
I'm confused by him, thought he was very iffy the 2nd half of this season - and could other QBs look as good if they are just firing it up for Calvin Johnson to catch. Plus, I think the Packers look very dangerous next year, defense will be better - same with Chicago, defense should improve. A poor division this year, could quickly become strong.
.....Lions, a poisoned chalice methinks. Whisenhunt, smart move. Locker flops, he'll be able to get his own man, Division is not as strong though Luck and the Colts will be a thorn.
