Usually the in play threads for individual matches in college die a death, so lets lump them together. What ones take your eye? I am looking forward to the number one pass team (Fresno) taking on USC on Saturday. Also my team (Texas) take on Oregon. Should be a fascinating watch, with Mack leaving (sadly it was time) and Oregon blowing title chances again this season. Can't wait for the Rose Bowl too and see that Spartan defence in action. Unfortunately there are some really poor match ups this year, but I'm sure there will be enough action and surprises to keep us happy

Like the chances of Oklahoma +15 against Alabama, although it's not until new year.
The last time Alabama blew their national championship chance against Auburn they took a beating from Utah is the sugar bowl. They might have lost some motivation for this game. |

I agree tenpins there are some tasty double digits going around. Also like the look of Rutgers v ND with a big cap. Much more of a match odds type of guy but some of these points will be hard to resist.

Auburn are a value play imo redcar. Of course FSU are rightly faves with the Heisman winning QB. However, it is a long lay off by the time the title game comes around. The offence can sometimes look a bit sluggish and depending on liquidity during the game I think Auburn would be a great starting bet.

I think Auburn are huge value. Who has FSU played? The only team with a pulse on their schedule was Clemson. They will come up against a proper defense against Auburn. The Tigers are battle hardened from playing week in week out in the SEC.

Tonight's game between Fresno State and USC is interesting. The number 1 passing offense against the best pass defense in the PAC12. If USC shows up motivated, (which is highly doubtful. 3rd coach in a year, playing in a low tier bowl, been partying in Vegas all week)then they will shut down Derek Carr. Fresno State can't stop anyone on defense and played a powderpuff schedule. If USC is ready to go then it shouldn't be close.

There won't be a lot of defense played in the Washington State/Colorado State game. Neither team can stop the pass. The key to the game will be CSU's running game (they actually have one). Mike Leach won't even try to run the ball, so if Colorado State run the ball they can keep the Washington State offense off the field.

Yep that's it though isn't it. Do USC want to play this bowl? Fresno more motivated for me. I remember seeing USC get smashed in a bowl recently and it was obvious they wanted to be anywhere but that bowl.
