This is simple: it's Monday Night Football so the Saints will win yeah? They are 4-0 in their MNF games since 2008, winning on average 41-20 in those four games.
Brees is EIGHT FROM EIGHT on MNF.
The bigger the stage the better Brees and the Saints play. And they come alive on MNF.
They are 3-0 so far this season and yet their offense hasn't really clicked yet. God help the rest when it does. I have a feeling it will tonight and if it does they will blow the Finns away.
People on here have been banging on about Seattle or San Fran winning the NFC Championship game, a few are talking about Green Bay. Not one person has mentioned the Saints. Amazing. The Saints' offense has all the tools to hurt any team. And their Defense is improving at a rate of knots. They are a huge player.
The Finns have started well but it's going to come crashing down on top of them tonight. Coulston and Jimmy Graham will have a field day after watching the Falcon receivers make hay last week against the Finns.
The Saints play the Bears and the Patriots in their next two games. They know how important a win is tonight to go 4-0 and give themselves a bit of breathing space.
Big bet on the Saints -7 at 10-11

As a matter of interest, do you back your selections yourself? (Not interested if for £5 or £5K)

I lost £7.773 on Houston yesterday. It will take me a long time to get over that one

Sad ---- jeez, Sorry to hear that, could you not have traded out? Not sure how low Texans went, but close to 1.1 I'd imagine
Report ClayDavis September 30, 2013 11:56 PM BST
hindsight is a wonderful thing. I tend not to trade my position. Some call me an idiot. But it's the way I bet. At half time it would take three touchdowns to beat me and I couldn't see it happening

Cameron Wake ruled out for the Finns tonight - that is a huge loss for them
Report GoBallistic October 1, 2013 1:07 AM BST
It's a loss from when he's healthy but he's been hobbled and not been the same player the past couple of weeks.  It just means a bigger role for their #3 pick who has looked very good.  Soliai plays and that's an unexpected boost for them.

Overall though I just don't think the Dolphins match up well against the Saints. You need a good running game to beat the Saints

Saints O line is a joke
Report wisewords October 1, 2013 2:24 AM BST
i'm a rookie, but Saints haven't been very impressive tonight so far.
Report wisewords October 1, 2013 2:26 AM BST
that was pretty sweet though. more of a mistake by the Miami runner though
Report GoBallistic October 1, 2013 3:13 AM BST
Philbin seems more concerned with not losing by too many - 55 secs left in the half, down by 11, and they run out the clock ??

Cant the NFL schedule a better MNF Games Plain

This was a great spot for mnf, both teams 3/0 going in. Miami are another year or two off but their getting there, Saints announced themselves tonight as being back in the big leagues again. They join Denver,Seattle,San Fran and Pats as genuine contenders. Green Bay and Ravens won't cut it this year, if another team is gonna join that list it'll be IndyExcitedCool

Orleans complete lack of a running game might fook them in the long run I reckon
Report DirkDiggler October 1, 2013 8:59 AM BST
Indy best value out there right now. Will win the division and then who knows?
Report judorick October 1, 2013 12:20 PM BST
