Andrew Luck seems like my kind of guy, no FACEBOOK and no TWITTER, I usually tune out player interviews (little piece on NFL.COM) as they're boring and unenlightening but he seems like a really grounded and committed player. You're not going to see him making an arse of himself in a bar, or a **** of himself on social media. A QB to have on your side for a long time.

Raiders played very well defensively,thought they would be blown away last week but quite impressed.
Fancy the lions strongly, probably tip these every week being my pre season fancy at massive price. Also like the ravens to cover the spread. Andrew Luck is a class act,will be around for years playing at a high level. |

Yeah, Raiders cost me last week. I thought Colts would stomp them, even giving 10 pts.
NO -3.0 @ TB stands out to me, I make that game more like 7.0. Jets beat TB and we saw them on Thursday night - Geno Smith not impressive in NE but he was all over TB's defense, Brees won't have 4-5 quality targets missing like TB did. As for TB, 12 1st downs and 240 yards total offense won't be close to enough vs NO IMO. |

Gabbert is injured this week as Henne isn't that bad.
I also think Raiders are terrible at defending the run and that is pretty much all Jags will do. Jags also have a good record against the raiders. i just like the price of the jags in what is likely to be a crapshoot |

if i have to be honest i like the lions as well but i just cannot bring myself to back them at odds on.
their coach is stupid and they don't have any discipline. reckon the Cards are legitimate this year and that will be a good game |

Me neither, I could be totally wrong but I don't get it. Same records last year? is that it?. Anyway i'm all over it. TB have won 1 of their last 6 games. NO 3-3 and they beat ATL last week.

I generally try to stay away from San Diego as a team

Yeah, SD are a punting nightmare. Overs looks good to me, I wouldn't back unders I know that much.

I don't like SD traveling east on a short week after crumbling to dust and being out on their feet against the Texans. Philly were very exciting last week, I think they will be again. This offense might just be getting going. We'll see. Also i'm taking AP to score the first TD @ 5-1 in Chicago. |

Dirk - as I pointed out on my thread, I thought the Redskins were awful last week and made Philly look good. Look at the amount of plays Philly had and yet they still didn't post a big score. If Rodgers had that amount of plays Green Bay would have put 50+ points on the table.
The Skins were a shambles in the first half. Other teams won't be so charitable. |

i think atlanta are a good price. 1.48 at home to st louis. not a certainty by any means, but i cant really see em losing.
comparing with green bay 1.28 to beat washington. i think atlanta and green bay are similar, washington probably better than st louis. think st louis are probably overrated this season, though time will tell. |

looking at the superbowl prices on here, atlanta 25 green bay 17. washington 65. st louis 90. that suggests these are two very similar games. green bay rated marginally ahead of atlanta, washington rated marginally ahead of st louis. so why the heck are green bay 1.28 to win and atlanta are 1.48? one of those prices must be wrong. probably both of them imo. green bay too short, atlanta too big.
