Betfair's service is really poor on multiples.
Today is a prime example less than 1 hour before the games start on a Saturday and no multiple bet options available.
The don't seem interested in developing the business, imagine all the customers they might attract once online betting in the whole of the USA is legal. By then someone else will have stolen a march on them unless they get it sorted.
If they don't up the service level soon I'll be looking to take my custom elsewhere too.
Its not hard for them to create a coupon, listing today's games, this can include outright wins, 5 innings score and total runs over or under the given number, 45 items max which would allow users to quickly make selections and get there multiples in.
Yes I like to have a go at 8 - 10 games in the multiples, as a successful day gives you a really good payout.
Only you need to be able to choose the options you feel are right and quite frankly Betfair, don't seem interested in providing customers with the opportunities, perhaps that's why interest is so low. Once you offer the multiples I try to cover winning bets near the end of matches thus increasing liquidity in other markets simply trying to cover upsets in the final outcome of my multiples.
Friday 19th April markets weren't settled at 4:30am UK time called and reported the non settlement 10am and it took them another 2.5 hours to credit my account with the winnings, just poor customer service full stop.
So come on betfair get it sorted and give your customers what they want.

They finally managed to get some of the games available for multiple bets, but not all of them and only for the outright win, no multiples for 5 innings or under/over runs.
Today's picks for the record were high - NYY BOS CIN CWS ATL med - PHI MIL low - COL SF TEX BOS & CWS were never available in multiples :( :( Will see how the rest get on after yesterday's 4 fold & 6 fold success :) |
