tht 8/1 on them winning the SB with ladbrokes wont last long imo

Hard to see Smith being the same QB without Harbaugh but I'm not sure what other options the Chiefs had. They chose a bad year to get the #1 pick. Cassell / Brady Quinn would have been playing in an empty stadium

Why do you think it is so bad d13...cassell quinn, hard to get a decent QB, smith is a great pick up imo.
niners strengthen that secondary..add it to what they already have....team to beat again. |

smith will have the same problem every QB has had
terrible O line and no one to throw to. the Chiefs have holes all over and should not be giving up draft picks imo. |

Agree he isn't going to find it easy with that team but smith is a class above the two QBs they have and with nobody coming out of the draft (QB) I think it is a good move,would you really want another season or 2 with cassell or quinn?

i would think they are better off taking a chance on a QB in the second round like Barkley instead of giving that pick away.
