travelled to Washington, back home and then back to Atlanta plus have a 10am PST start time.  I fear these things, plus Clemons being out will take their toll.  My head says oppose them but I have to follow my heart.

they just about beat the skins with a qb with 1 leg...

Tony G, Roddy W, Harry D, Julio J vs Hawks coverage is no contest and Cleamons out should give Ryan plenty of time to find them.  The bigger question is if the Falcons D can stop the Run, not just Lynch but Wilson.

Falcons to take this but were it in Seattle i'd take the Hawks, homefield here is the biggest advantage.

I think of all those things then it is the loss of Clemons that really matters snd the loss of the reliable boot of Hauschka won't help either.
The rest is manageable.

I would love them to win but do fear this may be the end of the line for the Seahawks.
Even if it is they have had a hell of a season and will be a force to be reckoned with next time and you never know about tonight, even i'm bound to be wrong sometime Cool

Atlanta don't have a running game and have been struggling to score against teams without the Seahawks defense.  Home field advantage is a plus for the Falcons but they are serial chokers and having grown up following the Rams during the 60's and 70's ... serial chokers are serial chokers ... and while russel Wilson isn't Roger Staubach and the Seahawks D are not the Purple People Eaters ... my money is on Atlanta finding a way to lose this.

I thought Carroll was bringing the Seahwaks to this game not USC.  Turning it over on downs when you are only 13-0 down is
college all day long ...so is allowing your quarterback to get sacked inside the last 20 seconds with no time outs.  There is no way even the Falcons are going to throw away a 20 point lead in the 4th quarter

not done for just yet. what a pity this team didn't turn up in the first half
Report deeppockets January 13, 2013 8:38 PM GMT
They should be level if not in the lead.  Two field goals from the two drives in the 1st half and they are level.  Use marshawn Lynch on the 3rd and 1 short yardage play and they could be 4 points up.

they were braindead in that first 30. not sure what they took at half time but i want some

Atlanta have not stopped them this half and they stopped themselves in the last two drives of the 1st half so you have to think they can at least get a field goal starting from their own 40.

disaster, they should kick it from there Cry

Seahawks should  have won it ... I bet SF would rather go to Atlanta than play the Seahawks at home.

yep big errors in that first half has cost them the game. for a team that only played one half of a match my god they came close.
you have to also think that clemons was a massive loss for them too.

it's been great watching the progress of this young seahawks team tho.

I is amazing how the NFC West has gone from sending a division winner with a losing record to the playoffs to sending to of the best teams in the League to the playoffs ... and I would keep an eye on Jeff Fisher at St. Louis next year.  It could be the hardest division in the League next year.
