Hi,
I had two fixed odd bets on SMU vs Fresno State (almost 3 days ago) but Betfair still shows the bets as open. Both bets won - It was the Sharaton Bowl: SMU - Fresno 43 - 10. I called them and their support said that they will cancel/void all open bets if there is "no official result" after 3 days.
Why should they have doubts on the results? It was broadcasted on TV and I wonder if they have paid the market bets already.
It was a small two digit € amount, but I have no clue why there should be any doubt on the result on this game.
One of you any ideas?

P.s. Most of you might know that market bets are not allowed anymore for german customers due to new tax laws. That´s the reason why I´m playing fixed odds here from time to time.

Still no reply to my mail to the support. But it seems my phone call helped. Bets were paid 4 minutes ago.
